SHIPPING

Posh Pendants is pleased to offer FREE shipping on all orders over $50.

Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx ground.

Any items in stock will be shipped within three business days.  Items not in stock may take up to seven business days to create.  If you need an order by a specific date, please e-mail plawson@poshpendants.net with your request.


RETURNS

Posh Pendants is dedicated to providing our clients with pendants they will cherish and adore.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the pendant for an item of equal value or for a full refund .  We will handle your request promptly and courteously with the following guidelines:

-  Full refund provided if returned within 30 calendar days.  For exchanges, items must be returned within 60 calendar days.

-  We do not accept returns on custom-made items unless the pendants are defective.

-  Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless items were defective or damaged.

-  For wholesale orders, returns will not be permitted, only exchanges.

Return Instructions:

1)  E-mail orders@poshpendants.net to obtain a return authorization code.
2)  Clearly print your name, return authorization code and address on the outside of the package in the return area.
3)  Include the original invoice or a copy of the original invoice in the package with the return.
4)  Ship via FedEx, UPS or insured USPS to:

Once your return is received, it will be reviewed by our Returns department. You will receive an email regarding your return or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds on credit card purchases will only be credited to the same card.  Refunds on paypal purchases will be credited via paypal.
